1. Pricing

Prices displayed on our website, booking platform or promotional material depend upon the nature of the selected service.

SIC (Seat-in-Coach) tour and transfer prices are generally quoted per person.

Private tour and transfer prices may be calculated according to the number of passengers, vehicle category and selected services.

Prices include only those services specifically mentioned in the booking description or confirmation voucher.

Visa fees, meals, accommodation, gratuities, personal expenses, tourism taxes, entrance fees and other charges are excluded unless expressly included.

Prices may change due to supplier revisions, currency fluctuations, government taxes, fuel charges or other operational costs until the booking is confirmed.

Third-party attraction tickets must not be resold below their official entrance or gate price, except where a discount is offered as part of a permitted combined package.

A booking shall be confirmed only after receipt of the required payment and issuance of a written booking confirmation or voucher.

2. Mode of Payment

Payment may be made through the payment methods available on Holiday LandCombo website or communicated at the time of booking. These may include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, UPI or other authorised payment methods.

The availability of a particular card or payment method depends upon our payment-gateway provider. Bank charges, payment-gateway fees, currency-conversion charges or international transaction fees may apply.

Holiday Land Combo (Unit of Raanush Travels) shall not be responsible for payment failure or delay caused by a bank, card issuer, payment gateway, network provider or incorrect payment information supplied by the user.

3. Payment and Booking Confirmation

Once payment has been successfully received and the requested service has been confirmed, Holiday Land Combo (Unit of Raanush Travels) will send a confirmation email or message containing the booking reference number and service voucher.

The customer or Travel Partner must carefully verify the passenger names, service dates, timings, pickup details and other booking information.

The confirmation voucher should be printed or kept available electronically, as it may be required as proof of booking and payment while using the service.

A payment receipt alone does not guarantee confirmation. If the requested service is unavailable, Holiday Land Combo (Unit of Raanush Travels) may offer an alternative service or process an appropriate refund.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Holiday Land Combo (Unit of Raanush Travels) makes reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on its website is accurate and current. However, descriptions, photographs, schedules, inclusions, prices and availability may be supplied by third-party service providers and may change without prior notice.

Any incorrect or outdated information may be reported to us at info@holidaylandcombo.com, and reasonable efforts will be made to correct it promptly.

Holiday Land Combo (Unit of Raanush Travels) does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful technological components. We shall not be responsible for temporary website unavailability caused by maintenance, technical failures, cyber incidents, network interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

The website may contain links to third-party websites. Holiday Land Combo (Unit of Raanush Travels) does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of such external websites.

To the extent permitted by law, Holiday Land Combo (Unit of Raanush Travels), Raanush Travels and their employees, representatives, agents and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or third-party travel services.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

5. No-Show Policy

No refund shall ordinarily be provided where a passenger fails to use a confirmed and paid service, either fully or partially.

A booking may be treated as a “no-show” where the passenger:

• Fails to report at the confirmed pickup or meeting location;
• Reports after the specified departure time;
• Provides incorrect flight, hotel or contact details;
• Does not possess the required voucher or travel documents; or
• Fails to inform Holiday Land Combo (Unit of Raanush Travels) about a cancellation within the applicable deadline.

This policy applies to all services, including transfers, sightseeing tours, excursions, tickets and land packages, subject to the specific supplier conditions and applicable law.

6. Cancellation Process

To cancel a booking, the user must submit a cancellation request through Holiday LandCombo booking platform, where this facility is available, and cancel online before the deadline.

A cancellation request shall be considered received only after it has been acknowledged by Holiday Land Combo (Unit of Raanush Travels) through email or another recorded communication method.

The applicable cancellation charges will be communicated according to the conditions displayed at the time of booking, the confirmation voucher and the third-party supplier’s cancellation policy.

Holiday Land Combo (Unit of Raanush Travels) shall not be responsible for a cancellation request sent to an incorrect email address, submitted without booking details or not acknowledged before the applicable deadline.

Travel Partners are responsible for properly communicating their customer’s cancellation request to Holiday Land Combo (Unit of Raanush Travels).

7. Guest Refund Policy

Refund eligibility shall be determined according to the booking conditions, confirmation voucher, cancellation deadline and applicable third-party supplier policy.

Tickets: Attraction, activity and event tickets may be non-transferable, non-changeable and non-refundable, as mentioned at the time of booking.

Unused Services: No refund shall ordinarily be provided for an unused or partially used tour, transfer, ticket or portion of a land package.

No-Show: A booking treated as a no-show will normally be non-refundable.

Third-Party Services: Certain services may be non-refundable or subject to special cancellation charges imposed by the supplier.

Private and Customised Services: Private vehicles, customised tours and specially arranged services may have separate cancellation and refund conditions.

Refund Authorisation: Refunds will be processed only after the cancellation has been accepted and the refund has been approved according to the applicable booking conditions.

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method after deduction of applicable cancellation charges, supplier penalties, payment-gateway charges and taxes, where legally permissible.

Refund processing time may depend upon the supplier, bank and payment provider. Decisions regarding refunds will be made reasonably and in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and Indian law.

8. Cancellation and Amendment Policy

Every booking is governed by the specific cancellation and amendment conditions displayed or communicated at the time of booking.

Some bookings may:

• Be completely non-refundable;
• Permit cancellation subject to charges;
• Permit amendments upon payment of a fee and fare difference; or
• Prohibit changes to passenger names, dates, timings or services.

All requested amendments are subject to availability and supplier approval. A modification shall not be considered confirmed until Holiday Land Combo (Unit of Raanush Travels) issues written confirmation.

Supplier-imposed charges and any difference in price shall be payable by the customer or Travel Partner before the amendment is confirmed.

9. Website Usage and Intellectual Property

All content displayed on Holiday LandCombo website, including its name, logo, layout, photographs, graphics, service descriptions, pricing information and software, is owned by or licensed to Raanush Travels unless otherwise stated.

Users may view or print booking-related content for legitimate personal or business use. No website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Users must not:

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities;
• Attempt unauthorised access to the website or another user’s account;
• Introduce viruses or harmful software;
• Interfere with the website’s operation; or
• Misuse pricing, supplier or customer information.

Holiday Land Combo (Unit of Raanush Travels) may suspend or terminate access where misuse, fraud or a material breach of these Terms is reasonably suspected.
